Wheat grits – crushed grain of wheat, free from the embryos and partly from the fruit and
seminal membranes, ground.
LLC “Krupinka SVS” produces wheat grits, the size of grains No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5.
Wheat is one of the oldest cultivated plants.
Wheat there is a lot of phosphorus, potassium, magnesium. It also contains iron, calcium,
selenium, silicon, chromium and iodine, microdoses of manganese, copper, zinc. Wheat contains
vitamins C, D, P, B1, B2, B6, PP, E, H.
Useful substances contained in the wheat cereal, enhance the body’s defense functions in the
fight against many ailments, have a beneficial effect on the functioning of the circulatory and
nervous systems, prevent the formation of thrombi, slow the aging process, increase immunity
