Barley groats – particles of crushed kernels of different size and shape, completely free from the
flower film and partly from the fruit shells.
Grits No. 1 ground. LLC “Krupinka SVS” produces grains No. 1, No. 2, No. 3.
Barley is rich in mineral substances and microelements. It contains potassium, phosphorus,
calcium, iron, copper, manganese, zinc, selenium, molybdenum, nickel, cobalt, strontium,
chromium, boron and iodine. Barley contains a lot of vitamins B, E and PP.
