Pearl barley grits — kernels, free from the flower film, in part from the fruit, seed coat and
embryo, are carefully ground and polished. Grits No. 1 and No. 2 should be oval in shape
without flower films.
LLC “Krupinka SVS” produces pearl barley No. 1, No. 2.

Barley is rich in mineral substances and microelements. It contains potassium, phosphorus,
calcium, iron, copper, manganese, zinc, selenium, molybdenum, nickel, cobalt, strontium,
chromium, boron and iodine. In barley, a lot of vitamins B, E and PP.
