Corn grits ground – crushed and ground kernels of corn grain with a remote floral film and
partially freed from the fruit and seminal membranes. Depending on the size of grains, corn grits
are divided into five numbers: 1, 2, 3 – large, 4 and 5 – small.
LLC “Krupinka SVS” produces grits No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5.
Corn is extremely useful for the body. It contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, PP, biotin, nicotinic and
pantothenic acids, fiber. The iron content in corn is three times higher than in buckwheat and
other cereals!
It selectively accumulates and processes a quarter of the elements of the periodic table of
Mendeleyev, incl. gold, selenium and silicon.
Corn grain contains very valuable amino acids – tryptophan and lysine.
